Applicant Name:- Bakir Aziz Ibrahim Mohammedi 

Premises name and address:- Get Smashed, 133 Liverpool Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 9HD 

Brief description of proposed application:- Late night refreshment up to 02:00 Sun-Thu & Sun and up to 03:00 on Fri-Sat Any representations must be made to: Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council, Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL Or by email to licensing@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk 

The representations must fall within one or more of the Council's Licensing Objectives which are: Public Safety, the Protection of Children from Harm, the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and the Prevention of Public Nuisance. Representations must be made in writing on or before:- 25/09/25 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003. 

A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application and may incur a fine. 

The application can be viewed by appointment at the Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1BL.
