Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Aylesbury Fusion Ltd Have Applied to: Buckinghamshire Council for a New Premises Licence for: Unit 2a, The Exchange, Exchange Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom HP20 1UR Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (12:00-23:00). Regulated Entertainment Recorded Music Mon-Sun (09:00-23:30).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 18/09/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP19 8FF. OR email: licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
