Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Mr Vakkas Yediayli has applied to Chelmsford City Council for a new premises licence for Mosaic, 122 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, CM2 6LF to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 12.00 to 21.30 Sunday to Thursday and from 11.00 to 22.30 Friday & Saturday.
The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or on the Council website at foi@chelmsford.gov.uk Email: licensing at chelmsford.gov.uk. Any representations by any other person or a responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 23rd September 2025 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
