Notice is Hereby Given that We: McDonald’s Restaurants Limited have made an application fora new premises licence held at: McDonalds, Chartwell Business Park, Stourbridge Road,Bridgnorth, WV15 6AW for the provision ofLate-Night Refreshment and for the followingdays/hours: Licensable Activities: Monday toSunday 23:00-05:00; Opening Hours: Monday toSunday 05:00-05:00. Any person wishing to makerepresentations must do so in writing to theLicensing Team on licensing@shropshire.gov.ukor to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, AbbeyForegate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND within 28 daysfrom the date of this notice. Application details,guidance on making a representation and a formwhich may be used to submit representations canbe found on the Council’s website atwww.shropshire.gov.uk/licensing/current-licence-applications-in-consultation/ or at the aboveaddress during normal office hours byarrangement with the Licensing Team.It is an offence under Section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a falsestatement in connection with an application ande maximum fine for which a person is liable onsummary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
