What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY

GTS 23 Limited of The Glass Orchid, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2WJ has applied to Broxtowe Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence for the above premises. 

The proposed variation is as follows :-

Relocate & centralise existing bar in The Glass Orchid, create new mezzanine and fixed seating area to rear of the premises, create new interconnecting corridor to Unit 4, creation of new service barand mezzanine area with fixed seating in unit 4. Install centralised fixed seating island within unit 4.

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Broxtowe Borough Council, Council Offices, Foster Ave, Beeston, NG9 1AB (www. broxtowe.gov.uk), between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment. Interested parties or responsible authorities can make Representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 16th September 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. 
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
