NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Grind Coffee Shop, 35 St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HF. Notice is given that Grind Coffee Shop Scarborough Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are:
Supply of Alcohol (On & Off) Mon-Sun 11:00 till 23:00. Recorded Music (On) Mon-Sun 8:00 till 23:30. Live Music (on) Mon-Sun 18:00 till 22:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or by email to

licensing.sca@northyorks.gov.uk

Representations must be received by the date below: 25/09/2025.
