What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited
have applied to West Northamptonshire Council on
28th August 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to
use the premises at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse (fka
Lakeside), Bedford Road, Northampton, NN4 7YD.
An application has been made to: Vary the licensing layout
plan for conversion of existing trade area to a Hickory’s
Smokehouse. For full details please refer to the proposed
plan. Add the Exhibition of Films: Monday to Sunday 07:00
to 01:00 as per timings of existing licensable activities. Add
conditions to the operating schedule – please refer to the
application for full details. Any part of the variation
application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to
be of no effect until the work has been completed.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in
relation to this application must give notice in writing
of his/her representation by 25th September 2025
stating the grounds for making said representation

The Licensing
Authority must receive representations by the date given
above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any
such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for premises licence
and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
