Notice of application to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence by Daniel MacLaren in respect of The Secret Garden, 26 John Bunyan Baptist Church, Queen Elizabeth Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6RJ to allow the (on) Sale by Retail of Alcohol (1200-2230hrs Sun to Thurs, 1200-0030hrs Friday & Sat), Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) & Late-Night Refreshment (2300-0030hrs Friday & Sat).

Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register, online at www.kingston.gov.uk or in person at the address given below. Deadline for representations: 17 September 2025. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by post: Licensing Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU or by email: licensing@kingston.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on conviction of such an offence is an unlimited fine.
