What is proposed?

I Tammy Nutley give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for (2) the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Chings Alley Beer and Wine, No 3 Chings Alley, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 9TD. The application is to : Sell and consume alcohol on the premises during the hours of 12:00-21:00 Friday- Tuesday inclusive.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than (5) 30/09/2025 A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.
