We, at Things Happen Here Limited do hereby give notice that on 1 September 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a New Premises Licence at Unit 1, The Cider Press Centre, Dartington, TQ9 6TQ.
The application is for:
- Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, & anything similar to the above Monday to Sunday In/Outdoors 09:00-01:30.
- Indoor Sporting Monday to Sunday 09:00-01:30.
- Late Night Refreshments Monday to Sunday On/Off 23:00-01:30.
- Supply of Alcohol On/Off Monday to Sunday 09:00-01:00.
- Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 09:00-01:30
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, South Devon, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 29 September 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
