What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Newark & Sherwood District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Plough at Forest Road, New Ollerton, NG22 9QS.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to extend the licensed are to include an external area as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To vary condition 2.3 of Annex 2 of the Premises Licence. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Newark & Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, NG24 1BY.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 20 September 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
