Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Farnworth Mini Market, 20 Higher Market Street, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 9AJ. I Arina SALEH have submitted the above application on 14/08/2025 to Bolton Council Licensing Office to request the sale of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises and opening hours Monday – Sunday 08:00 to 23:00. The above application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk and details of the application will be shared with you electronically. All representations regarding the application must be relevant to the 4 Licensing Objectives and include your full name and address, then submitted in writing to the above email address or by post to Bolton Council Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU on or before 11/09/2025. It is an offence under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
