The Rock Convenience Store, 43 The Rock, Bury, BL9 0JP Soran MALAEI made the above application on Friday 15th August 2025 to Bury Council for the Sale of Alcohol (for consumption off the premises) and hours open to the public from 07.00 until 23.00 Sunday to Saturday. Any person may make written representations about this application before or no later than Friday 12th September 2025 to Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
