Variation of Premises Licence

We, LM Windermere 1 Ltd, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Westmorland & Furness Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Ro Hotel, Helm Road, Bowness on Windermere LA23 3BA, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend sales of alcohol to 24 hours Monday to Sunday (for Hotel only); to amend late night refreshment to 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday (for Hotel only); to increase the licensed area to include the gym and grounds; to licence the gym and grounds for sales of alcohol from 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday; to remove all conditions from Annex 1 that aren’t relevant to the Licensing Act 2003; to add appropriate conditions in Annex 2.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and made by no later than 17th September 2025 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the Authority is kept and when the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows:
