APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of Pack Horse, 55 Church Lane, Culcheth, Warrington, WA3 5ET for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 1003/Rev B). The change consists of permitting the use of the external area for the sale of alcohol, with an external bar servery shown on the plan. Conditions proposed below to relate to the use of external bar servery for licensable activities; The external bar will operate for the sale and supply of alcohol until 22:00h on any day it is in operation; When the sale of alcohol takes place externally, regular checks of the garden will include the removal of empty glasses and bottles; Whenever the external area is used for licensable activities, a sufficient number of staff members, which will be determined on a risk assessed basis, will operate, monitor and supervise the area for customer behaviour and to monitor noise levels. To also remove some out of date conditions from Annex 1 — a full list of these conditions can be viewed on the full application held by Warrington Borough Council upon request. All other hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application. A responsible authority or any other person may make representation which must be in writing about this application to the following address no later than the end of 17th September 2025 to Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. A record of the application is contained in the licensing register kept by Warrington Borough Council which is available for inspection free of charge at the above address or at www.warrington.gov.uk between 09.00am and 16.00pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
