NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
A notice is hereby given that Passion Wines Ltd has submitted an application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Unit 31A Folly Farm, Kingsclere Road, Ramsdell, Tadley, Hampshire, RG26 5GJ.
The proposed licensable activities are:
The Sale of Alcohol. This will take place between 09:00am and 18:00pm Monday to Sunday.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, BDBC, Civic Offices, London Road,
Basingstoke, RG21 4AH no later than midnight on 24/09/2025. Representations after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing. A copy of this application can be viewed at the Licensing
Authority’s address by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
