What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, Market Place, Easingwold, York YO61 3AG. The application is to remove Embedded Restrictions on permitted hours in Annex 2 and to remove non-standard timings on Christmas Day, 12:00 – 15:00 and 19:00 – 22:30 and Good Friday, 08:00 – 22:30. Conditions will be applied. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to North Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Boroughbridge Road, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8AD Or Email to licensing.ham@northyorks.gov.uk by midnight on 16th September 2025. The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or www.northyorks.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
