NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

Keynsham Cricket Club have applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 1st September 2025 for a licence to use the premises at The Frank Taylor memorial ground, Wellsway, Keynsham BS31 1HU for sale of alcohol (on and off premises) Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 23:00 Friday and Saturday 12:00 - midnight and Sunday 12:00 - 22:30. 

Performance of Live Music and Recorded Music (indoors and outdoors) Friday and Saturday 12:00 - midnight and Sunday 12:00 - 22:00 

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register. 

Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 29 September 2025 Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
