What is proposed?
Notice of Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Mr Abdul Manan Ahmadzai has applied to the Manchester City Council for a variation of the premises licence for Burger Box, 479 Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester M8 9LR to:
1) Extend the permitted hours for the provision of late night refreshment to be until 03.00 the following day Sunday to Thursday.
2) Change the trading name of the restaurant to Burger Box. The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is the Licensing Authority Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA or on the Councils website: www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing Email: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk
Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 22nd September 2025 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
