Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Green SML Opco Limited in respect of Premises known as St Martins Lane Hotel, 42-49 St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4ER applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is to remove a condition from Annex 3 of the premises licence. All licensable activities and hours to remain as existing. Please see the full application for further details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Westminster City Hall, 15th Floor, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP or by email via licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 17th September 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk
