What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Trocadero (London) Hotel Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Moxy Hotel Piccadilly, 1 Jermyn Street, London, SW1Y 4UH. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Films) 24 Hours a day Monday to Sunday; Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) to hotel guests and bona fide guests only from 09:00 until 23:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 until 00:00 Friday and Saturday and 09:00 until 22:30 Sunday; Opening Hours 24 Hours a day Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP or via email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 17th September 2025 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
