Application to grant a Premises Licence 

I, Carole A Shaw hereby give notice that I have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Marsden Royal British Legion Social Club Ltd, Grange Estate, Marsden, Huddersfield HD7 6AJ as follows The Licence is to allow for the supply of alcohol, the provision of late night refreshments, recorded music, live music, showing of films and plays, every day 10.00-02.00. 

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Officer (Alcohol and Entertainment), Kirklees Council, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield HD1 6LG or by email to: licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by no later than16/09/2025. 

The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10-00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the council's website-www.kirklees.gov.uk. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine not exceeding £5,000 on summary conviction.
