What is proposed?

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council
Licensing Act 2003
A new premises licence application has been made by
McDonald’s Restaurants Limited to licence the following
premises: McDonald’s, Connect Drive, Thorne, Doncaster,
DN8 5FN. The proposed application is to apply to carry out
the following activities - The provision of Late-Night
Refreshment. The proposed hours to carry out the above
activities are 23:00-05:00 every day, allowing the premises
to operate 24/7. The postal address of the relevant licensing
authority is set out below and a record of the application
may be inspected there during normal office hours. Anyone
who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to The Licensing
Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices,
Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU. Written representations
must be received no later than 15th September 2025.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
