Notice of application to South Gloucestershire Council for the grant of a premises licence by Champion Inns Ltd for the Lamb Inn, 32D Newton Road, Cadbury Heath BS30 8EP to allow the (on/off) Sale by Retail of Alcohol (1030-2300hrs Mon-Thurs, 1030-0030hrs Friday & Sat & Bank Holidays, 1030-2330hrs Sunday, 1030-0100hrs New Year’s & Christmas Eves) & Regulated Entertainment (Live & Recorded Music) 2300-0030hrs Friday, Sat & Bank Holidays & 2300-0100hrs New Year’s & Christmas Eves. Date by which Other Persons and Responsible Authorities may make representations: 19 September 2025.

A record of the application will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN, which may be inspected during normal office hours. 

All representations regarding this application must be in writing and sent to: South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD or e-mail licensing@southglos.gov.uk. (Tel 01454 868001).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on conviction of such an offence is an unlimited fine.
