LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Luke Murray. Premises: Apex Kart, Babbage Road, Sandycroft CH5 2QD. Nature of Application: Application for a Premises Licence.

Provision of plays, provision of live and recorded music, provision of performance of dance - Monday to Saturday 10:00 hours to 20:00, and Sunday 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours. Supply of alcohol for consumption (on the premises or both) - Monday to Saturday 10:00 hours to 20:00 hours, and Sunday 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours.
