APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Rocec Trading Ltd to Canterbury City Council in respect of premises known as The Little Smoke Shop, 133 Pier Avenue, Herne Bay, CT6 8TR. The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 0900 until 1800 seven days a week.

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury, CT1 2UR, during normal office hours.


Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council at the above address by midnight 23/09/25.


It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
