What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Mr Mingyuan Li Have Applied to: South Oxfordshire District Council for a New Premises Licence for: Meisaku Sushi, 131 Broadway, Didcot, OX11 8RQ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (12:00–22:30). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 15 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE OR email: licensing@southoxon.gov.uk

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.southoxon.gov.uk

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
