What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Mr Gurling Singh Kalra has applied to Runnymede Borough Council for Premises Licence. Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail sale of alcohol (Off Sales): Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 23:00. For the following premises: Vape & Wine, 10 Woodham Lane, New Haw, Addlestone, KT15 3NA. 

Details of the application can be viewed on the council’s website www. runnymede.gov.uk. 

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Team, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, KT15 2AH in writing or via email: licensing@runnymede.gov.uk by 12/09/2025 stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. 

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
