NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Porters Charcuterie Ltd Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:
Postal name & address of premises: Porters Charcuterie Ltd, Unit 1 Havelock Chambers, 20–22 Queens Terrace, SO14 3BQ
Details of proposed variation:
• Adding alcohol off sales and applying to remove the following 2 conditions
• Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to the meal.
• 12 Availability of food
Substantial food and non-intoxicating beverages, including drinking water, shall be available in all parts of the premises where alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 12th August 2025 and 9th September 2025
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
