What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Vaulkhard Leisure Limited in respect of premises known as Barluga, 35 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6EE, applied to Newcastle City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to revert back to the previous plan. No works were undertaken in relation to the removal of the open ground floor kitchen to the basement due to building consent.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application for a variation must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH, or by email to Licensing@newcastle.gov.uk
Representations must be received by 17 September 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
