NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

PREMISES: Burger King, Unit 35 Birmingham New Street Station Main Concourse, Birmingham, B2 4ND 

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activity is: The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 until 05.00 daily. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to Birmingham City Council General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement P.O. Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ. 

Representations must be received by 19 September 2025 The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.birmingham.gov.uk. 

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
