What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited has applied to Hull City Council Hull City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as PizzaExpress, Burton House, Whitefriargate, Hull, HU1 2HN.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) from 09:00 until 00:30 Monday to Sunday.

Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:30 Monday to Sunday.

The Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 11:00 until 00:00 Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours are from 09:00 until 00:30 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Kingston upon Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB or via email to Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk no later than 19th September 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Hull City Council Hull City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.hull.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
