Application in respect of the Grant of a Premises Licence

NUMBER EIGHTS PUB & BAR, 8 ALBERT ROAD, MIDDLESBROUGH, TS1 1QA

Notice is hereby given that, Middlesbrough Pub Group Ltd, have applied on 20/08/2025, to Middlesbrough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the above mentioned premises.

The licensable activities applied for are Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Late-Night Refreshment & Supply of Alcohol on and off the premises 12:00pm - 1:00am daily and opening hours of the premises 12:00pm till 1:30am daily.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council at the address stated below or email licensing@middlesbrough. gov.uk

Representations must be made in writing and must be received no later than 17 September 2025.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
