Name of Applicant: Amber Taverns Ltd Name and Postal Address Venue 25-29 Merthyr Road Whitchurch Cardiff CF14 1DA 

Proposed variation: To amend the layout of the premises and includes the first floor as part of the licenced area 

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays) 

Any Representation must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 6th September 2025 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which carries a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
