NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that on 26TH August 2025 I, Timothy Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Northampton Borough Council being the licensing authority for the purposes of section 2, of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the renewal of a licence to use the premises situated at and known as Simply Pleasure.com, 86 Wellingborough Road, Northampton, NN1 4DP as a sex shop.  Any person objecting to the application must give notice in writing of such objection to the Borough Solicitor, Northampton Borough Council, The Guildhall, St. Giles Square, Northampton, NN1 1DE stating in general terms for the grounds of such objection, not later than 28 days after the application date above. The nature of any objections made to the Council will be made known, but the name or address of the objector need not be revealed. Every person who objects should state in their notice of objection whether they consent to their name and address being revealed.
