What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICANT: SPOT WHITE LIMITED PREMISES: SPOT WHITE SNOOKER CLUB, 14-18 STOWELL STREET, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, NE1 4XQ. 

NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a variation of a premises licence. The variation is to amend conditions 1, 3 and 15 of Annex 2 in accordance with a proposal which accompanies the application. There are no changes to the hours or activities. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk Representations must be received by 19th September 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal. newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
