NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Bertie’s Shirts Limited has applied to Newcastle City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Bertie’s Shirts Limited, 11 Forth Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3NZ

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises, and for the provision of recorded music (indoors) during the same hours:

Monday to Thursday 11:00-20:00; Friday and Saturday 11:00-22:00; Sunday 11:00-20:00.

Any representations about this application must be made in writing to:

The record of the application can be inspected at the Civic Centre during office hours or at www.newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. 

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
