Public Notice – Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is given that Jen Norster and Simon Gearing have applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of The Beekeeper, Unit 3 Victoria Park, Lerret Road, Portland, DT5 1GB for the sale of alcohol generally between 09:00-16:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00-16:00 Sunday.

Any interested parties or responsible authority may make representations by emailing: licencingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk, or writing to, Licencing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days of this notice. The licencing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licencing section during normal office hours or on www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
