What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 

Bazaar Food Hall Limited do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Middlesbrough Council for the variation of the Premises Licence at 3 Captain Cook Square, Middlesbrough, TS1 5UA. 

The application is to extend the the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol on and off the premises from 22:30 to 01:30 Friday and Saturday; provide regulated entertainment and late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 on a Friday and Saturday and to amend the conditions on the licence. 

Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Manager, Middlesbrough Council Licensing, Fountain Court, Grange Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2DT. 

Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 17th September 2025. 

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount) on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. 

A record of this application can be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the above address between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm or on the worldwide web at www.middlesbrough.gov.uk
