for A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that O'Donnell Moonshine Ltd have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as O'Donnell Moonshine, Promotional Site 5, Trinity Centre, LS1 5AT. Retail Sale of alcohol for off site consumption during the hours of Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 17:30 and Sundays 10:00 – 16:00.
Small free samples will also be provided to try before purchase.
Responsible authorities of any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 18th September 2025 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR
