Notice is hereby given that KMRG Trust has applied to Broxtowe Borough Council for the Grant of a New Premises Licence in respect of Kimberley Miners Welfare Football Club, The Stag Recreation Ground, Nottingham Road, Kimberley, NG16 2NB.
The nature of the application is to allow
The Sale of Alcohol – Mon - Thurs 10:00 - 23:00 hours, Friday & Saturday 10:00 - 00:00 hours, and Sunday 10:00 - 22:30 hours (Sundays preceding Bank Holiday 23:00 hours).
Regulated Entertainment - Live & Recorded Music
Mon – Thurs 10:00 - 23:00 hours, Friday & Saturday 10:00 – 00:00 hours, and Sunday 10:00 - 22:30 hours (Sundays preceding Bank Holiday 23:00 hours).
Late Night Refreshment - Friday & Saturday 23:00 - 00:00 hours.

) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 17th September 2025
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
