Notice is hereby given that Healthcare Property Nominee
Company No 1 Limited has applied to Leeds City Council
for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the
premises located at Ground Floor & Basement, Unit D,
Electric Press, Millennium Square, Leeds, LS2 3AD. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Films,
Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music,
Performance of Dance, anything of a similar description
(indoors), Monday to Wednesday 09:30 until 00:30 the
following day, Thursday to Saturday 09:30 until 02:30 the
following day, Sunday 09:30 until 01:00 the following day.
2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors), Monday to
Wednesday 23:00 until 00:30 the following day, Thursday
to Saturday 23:00 until 02:30 the following day, Sunday
23:00 until 01:00 the following day. 3. Supply of alcohol
(both on and off the premises), Monday to Wednesday
09:30 until 00:30 the following day, Thursday to Saturday,
09:30 until 02:30 the following day, Sunday 09:30 until
01:00 the following day. Opening Hours of the premises:
Monday to Wednesday 08:00 until 01:00 the following day,
Thursday to Saturday 08:00 until 02:30 the following day
and Sunday 08:00 until 01:00 the following day. Any
