Licensing Act 2003Take note that I MD AHAD AHMED of 11 The Broadway, Broadstairs CT10 2AD have applied to Thanet District  Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as The Broadway Tandoori under the above act.

A copy of the application may be inspected online at http://thanet.gov.uk/info-pages/applications-received-under-the-2003-licensing-act/. Please contact the Licensing Department at licensing@thanet.gov.uk should you require further information. The licensable activities will be - Recorded Music, Supply of Alcohol & Opening hours Mon - Sun 11:00 - 22:30

Any representation in respect to the application should be made using the form on the website that can be found at the link above before 23/09/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly and recklessly to make a false statement in connection to an application and the maximum for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
