Section 17: Application For A New Premises Licence
Darts Knght Ltd Have Applied to London Borough of Havering for a New Premises Licence for: Darts Knght, 27 Station Lane, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 6JL. Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (10:00-23:00).
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 8th September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD, or email: licensing@havering.gov.uk. The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online at: www.havering.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
