Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34
Notice is hereby given that Baileys Bar Ltd, (T/A: BrewDog Upminster), has applied to vary the premises licence at 18 Station Road, Upminster, RM14 2UB, as follows: Alcohol sales to start at 10:00am daily. Thursdays: Minimum 1 door supervisor from 19:00; 2 if upstairs bar or rooftop bar is open. Outdoor recorded music to match deregulated hours.
Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. A representation by any person or responsible authority regarding this application may be made to Licensing Authority, London Borough of Havering, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD, www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by: 9th September 2025, clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
