Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17
Notice is hereby given that Reva Trading Ltd, has applied for a premises licence in relation to Emerson News, 61 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, RM11 2JS, to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Monday to Sunday Sale of Alcohol Off the premises 0800 - 0000 hrs.
Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD. www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 9th September 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
