Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Shreehari2025 Ltd Have Applied to: Havant Borough Council for a New Premises Licence for: Unit 21A & B, Park View Apartments, Station Road, Hayling Island PO11 0FZ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Off Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (07:00-22:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 16 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, Havant Borough Council, Public Service Plaza, Havant PO9 2AX OR email: licensing@havant.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.havant.gov.uk/licensing/current-licensing-applications It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
