Notice of Application to Vary Premises Licence 

Notice is hereby given that One Love Chelmsford Limited has applied to the Chelmsford City Council to vary the premises licence for the premises situated at: 7 Baddow Road, Chelmsford CM2 0BX The application is to: 

• Extend the licensed hours for on Sales of Alcohol: Sunday to Thursday: 10:00–22:30hrs & Friday – Saturday10:00–02:00hrs 

• Add Late Night Refreshment: Friday-Saturday 23:00-02:30hrs 

• Replace the Premises Licence Plan, and 

• Update the Premises Licence Conditions 

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE or by email to Licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk no later than: 17/09/2025. 

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
