LICENSING ACT 2003 (s34) APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Mr Foad Kakaei Of Bratislava, 142 Queens Rd, Halifax, HX1 3XY have made the above application to Calderdale Council FOR the following variation of the premises licence(1)To increase the hours for The sale of Alcohol ( for consumption OFF the premises) from 00:00–00:00 Sun–Sat.(2)add conditions to the licence. Any person may view the application on our Public Register at the above address during normal office hours at www.calderdale.gov.uk Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by no later than 10.09.25 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be an unlimited fine.
