What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence 

I/WE: Urban Brew House Ltd have Applied to: South Cambridgeshire District Council for a New Premises Licence for: Brew by the Lake, 75mj+2p, Waterbeach, Cambridge, CB25 9QZ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On and Off-Premises consumption: Mon-Sun (12:00-21:00). 

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 18 September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: South Cambs District Council, Licensing Service, South Cambs Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, CB23 6EA OR email: licensing@scambs.gov.uk 

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.scambs.gov.uk 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
